This book will change your perspective on life

I’m about 2/3 through and it motivated me enough today to adjust my grocery shopping list. I’ve used the Lose It App for calorie counting and tracking before so I’ve logged back in. it really got me thinking that not only do I need to lose weight now and make it a part of my daily life but especially with this knee replacement coming up – I need to lose now as I won’t be able to work out like I do now and can’t gain any more weight. I’m just reading now to take it in and then I’ll do another read to give you my feedback. I thank you and Bob for giving me the motivation I desperately needed.

I just finished the book. Hooray! It was fantastic and look forward to following the plan to reach my goal. Great book, simple to read, inspiring messages and loved the pics. More feedback to follow as I review it again. Loved the Highway concept! My first full day of counting calories.

Since my exposure and consciously deciding to follow the Forensic Wellness Lifestyle Plan. I achieved in just seven short weeks of losing 13lbs and my diabetes A1C level went from 12 to 6.1. Proof the plan works.

I got your book today and just WOW! It came out so good…so professional. You did a great job.

Good Afternoon

Thank you for the opportunity to read and review your new book. Health is important to me and I appreciate any information that further provides insight on a healthy lifestyle. That said, I really enjoyed the comprehensiveness of the book. It provided a wholistic look at health and physical well-being. I also enjoyed all of the “equations” needed to determine healthy levels, etc for body type, gender and so forth. We hear so many terms to determine caloric intake, body mass and so on. So to find it all in one place with clear ways to determine and understand each for your particular body was very helpful. I also found the meal planning sections to be of great value.

My only downside for the book, and this is honestly just my particular preference, was the heavy scientific focus. I think for those that are very left-brained and deal in factual perspective the content of this book will be very well received. I’m not as math/science-centric so for me I found the book a bit more academic than I prefer.

Break through / Natural Hygiene Diet

There are few times in your life where you connect with somebody that immediately changes your direction. The initial call was regarding aviation, it ended up saving my life and health.

The China Virus [Covid] had taken hold of the world, and my 10 year old business in the event industry was being destroyed. I started smoking allot of pot again, and as a recovering alcoholic and drug addict, was on the verge of going deep into a hole that I may not have recovered.

In one two-hour revuew the simplicity of Dr. Bob’s “Forensic Wellness” hit a home run. Now I had the answer to my lack of energy and a NEW life purpose.

Simple, efficient, and doable…

Thank you for the opportunity to review your book. What an honor. Congratulations the completion of your masterpiece. I think you have a nice product. It will appeal to the intellectual who has not been successful with fad dieting.

I love the pound a week and pound a month model. Also, I like the highway vision as I think that offers a good analogy. I know you and I have talked about the way I teach eating as ‘fuel for your car compared to fuel for your body’.

I think you could make strong mention of limiting processed foods. For the label reader, that means anything with more than one ingredient is bad. Or, if you didn’t grow it, pick it, cook it then it’s probably bad.

I also think it’s important to consider what time of day you eat your calories. You should feed your body based on your activities. You don’t need a full tank of gas at night to sit in the garage. For most of us, that means a good breakfast and lunch and very little dinner. I am only a fan of snacking for people who eat very small meals.

Primary audience is ANYONE who has struggled with a reasonable explanation as to why they cannot control weight gain (and loss) and have searched for THE answer for a very long time.
